Flaming Dodgeball Girl Danko

The Dodgeball club at Tamagawa Elementary – now reorganized as Tamagawa Elementary-Junior High School – was disbanded after a wave of injuries during Danpei's era. Danko, together with her childhood friend Chinko, appeals to the principal to reinstate the club, but is flatly turned down. Still, Danko isn't the type to give up so easily! She sets out to recruit members, meeting a colorful cast of teammates: Mochiko, popular with the boys for her soft body; Susie, an athletically gifted returnee from abroad; and Honey, a cool tech-savvy girl who handles the latest technology.

Chinko, Mochiko, Susan, Honey... the Tamagawa Dodgeball Club has been revived, semi-officially, with new members added to its ranks. But just as the girls are growing closer through outings together, their first-ever rival appears: none other than the St. Arrows Academy Dodgeball Club!

After intense training, Tamagawa's Dodgeball Club faces off against St. Arrows. Chinko, Mochiko, and Susie each land hits against Juri's powerful "Axe Shot," but this ignites the fury of her childhood friend Peiko, who counters with her finishing move, "Break Shot." With only Danko and Honey left on the court, Peiko sets her sights on Honey — who finally awakens in the face of certain defeat.

After using a high-tech cheat pitch to eliminate two Saint Arrows players, Honey is challenged by Moa Kusunoki, who saw through the trick and dopes herself to fight back. Honey wins but is forced off the court by injury, setting up a decisive one-on-one between Danko and Peiko – a fight for their fallen teammates and the Tamagawa Dodgeball Club's survival.

Danko faces off against Peiko's overwhelming power in a clash reminiscent of the legendary Danpei and Taiga, escalating into a fierce exchange of finishing moves that ends with both collapsing on the court. Having failed to meet the principal's conditions, the Tamagawa Dodgeball Club's revival falls through — and with substitutes Atsushi and Wataru switching to the cheer squad, the team is left without enough members. Just then, two girls claiming to be the "real Dodgeball Club" appear.
